I do not have any comments regarding the hotel itself, only the restaurant.
The service was excellent, with a great team of staff who were attentive and professional. The infrastructure is also impressive and creates a very pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered Michael Tomey’s Wagyu 8oz burger; however, it did not resemble ''Wagyu'' in quality or flavor. It tasted like a standard ground beef burger and was significantly overcooked, making it difficult to cut and lacking in taste.
Additionally, the brioche bun was not toasted, lacked texture, and was overly soft and soggy, falling apart during the meal.
Overall, while the service and setting were commendable, the food was disappointing and did not justify the description or price.
